Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zetatiel Trading! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Cancellations can be made prior to shipment of the item(s), but may be subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This is because we are charged a non-refundable payment processing fee. In order to cancel an order, please email sales@zetatieltrading.com with a subject line that begins with "CANCELLATION" and the order number of the associated order.

Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility Due to the nature of the TCG industry, we do not accept returns for items except for items that are:

  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • Defective: If your item is defective or not working as expected, we will be happy to assist you.
  • Incorrect: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

2. How to Request a Return To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@zetatieltrading.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and include any relevant photos of the damage or defect.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it (unless it is damaged or defective).

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns If a return is eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Zetatiel Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse returns at any point for any reason.
