Shipping policy

We want to thank you again for shopping with Zetatiel Trading. We hope you receive your items promptly, and in tact. The following is our shipping policy:

  1. Schedule: Zetatiel Trading operates 24/7, and we're here to help at any time. We ship out orders every Monday-Friday 9am-4pm EST excluding US federal holidays.
  2. Order Processing and Shipment: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. In most cases, shipments will be made within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume and other factors. The 48 hour estimate does not apply during Black Friday or Cyber Monday Weekend.
  3. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders placed on the main Zetatiel Trading website (https://www.zetatieltrading.com) are shipped with tracking with either USPS or UPS. Delivery estimates given by those mail carriers are subject to their own terms & conditions. Zetatiel Trading is not responsible for any delays once an item has been shipped.
  4. Free Shipping: Zetatiel Trading offers free shipping on orders above $50 in value before taxes.
  5. Signature Confirmation: All orders above $250 will receive a free upgrade to Signature Confirmation. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered by the mail carriers. If you would like to add Signature Confirmation to an order under $250, you may do so at checkout, or here, for an additional $4. This fee is charged by the mail carriers, 100% of the money will be going to them.
  6. Lost & Stolen Packages: To reiterate, Zetatiel Trading will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. When a package has been marked as delivered by the mail carrier tracking service (USPS, UPS, etc) we are no longer responsible for lost & stolen packages. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN MARKED DELIVERED. Please make sure your package is being delivered to a safe location. If you need special accommodations such as signature confirmation, remember to add it to your order when needed.
  7. TCGplayer & eBay: Orders purchased on TCGplayer or eBay are governed by the terms, conditions, and shipping policies & guidelines of the respective marketplace website. Zetatiel Trading strives to follow these guidelines closely.
